About
Born and raised amidst the myriad patisseries of Paris, I moved to California to attend college at the University of California, Berkeley.
Several years after obtaining a M.S in statistics, my nascent culinary aspirations led me back to France –and the world-renowned pastry institute, Lenôtre.
While under the tutelage of Lenôtre’s distinguished faculty, I developed the first of my signature macaron recipes while experimenting with ingredients discovered during international travel.
Using only the finest ingredients, I founded The Last Touch as an homage to the elegant sophistication of French desserts, but with a Californian flair.
